- Up to 15 days prior to start: 40% cancellation fee

A 5% administrative fee applies to all cancellations to cover transaction handling costs.
We strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. However, if an issue occurs during your safari, please inform our office immediately via email or WhatsApp, notify the lodge/camp manager for accommodation-related concerns, or speak to your driver-guide. Prompt reporting allows us to resolve issues quickly and prevent disruptions to your adventure.
If a matter remains unresolved during your trip, a formal written complaint must be submitted within 14 days of your return. Failure to report issues while on tour may limit our ability to address your concerns.
Seasonal & Operational Considerations
Some services or amenities may be limited or unavailable during low seasons. Swimming pools may occasionally close for maintenance. Public holidays and religious periods like Ramadan may influence local services, entertainment, and the general atmosphere.
